1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the zj77 website accessible at zj77.app and all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and services.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account with zj77 or uses any service provided through the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player upon successful registration with zj77.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering or withdrawal, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on zj77, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox, or otherwise using the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. zj77 will hold you personally liable for any breach arising from such use.

3. Eligibility & Age Verification

• You have not previously been self-excluded from zj77 or had your account suspended or closed by zj77 for any reason.

zj77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Account Registration

To access the real-money features of the zj77 Platform, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid mobile number registered in your own name. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active account on the zj77 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, zj77 reserves the right to close all accounts, void all associated transactions, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

zj77 operates a mandatory KYC process in compliance with its international gaming license obligations. You will be required to submit copies of your CNIC or other government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits. zj77 will not process withdrawal requests until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed.

4.4 Account Maintenance

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any changes to your name, address, mobile number, or payment methods must be reported to zj77 support promptly. zj77 accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated account information.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. zj77 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Enable any two-factor authentication features made available on the Platform.
• Contact zj77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

All actions taken through your account while logged in will be deemed to have been authorised by you. zj77 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, except where such losses arise directly from a failure in zj77's own security infrastructure.

6. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the zj77 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — Mobile wallet instant deposit
• EasyPaisa — Mobile wallet instant deposit
• HBL — Bank transfer
• UBL — Bank transfer (including UBL Omni)
• Meezan Bank — Bank transfer

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and return of funds. zj77 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a technical delay, please contact zj77 support with your transaction reference number. zj77 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

7.1 Verification Requirement

All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. zj77 will not process any withdrawal request where identity or payment method verification remains outstanding. It is your responsibility to complete verification proactively rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested.

7.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational constraints. zj77 reserves the right to require withdrawals to be processed via a specific payment method based on risk management and compliance requirements.

7.3 Processing Times

zj77 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in your account dashboard. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. zj77 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

7.4 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to active wagering requirements will result in the Bonus Funds being forfeited.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

zj77 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have completed the minimum required deposit as specified in the promotion.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period specified at the time of offer. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account.
• zj77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

9. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the zj77 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and are not influenced by any party, including zj77 employees.

By playing on zj77, you acknowledge that:

• The outcome of all casino games is determined by chance, and past outcomes do not influence future results.
• The displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, zj77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed. The Company's decision regarding the resolution of technical issues is final.

10. Sports Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless the Platform expressly provides a cash-out or edit feature.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zj77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing zj77 staff or other Platform users.

12. Responsible Gaming

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zj77's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zj77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the form of action and even if zj77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

zj77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses caused by technical failures, maintenance periods, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, power failures, or internet service disruptions.

15. Privacy & Data

zj77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

zj77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities solely as required to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

16. Amendments

zj77 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. 17.2 Escalation

17.3 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising thereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zj77's international gaming license is issued, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and zj77 with respect to your use of the Platform.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver: zj77's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in any subsequent instance.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party. zj77 may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
